The Sales Manager is a critical role within the organization and encompasses developing new client relationships, managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals in tandem with leadership, monitoring sales metrics, overseeing the sales strategy, running the day-to-day sales operations, and maintaining a high level of excellence and results-focused performance of the team via administering training and mentorship.

FLYMOTION is hiring a full-time Sales Manager! This role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading a sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers. In addition, selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best sales team members for the organization and driving a high-level of performance among the sales team to increase gross sales, achieve targeted sales goals while exceeding the expectations of every client along the way. The Sales Manager is also responsible for occupational health and safety/compliance related preservation in the workplace.

The ideal candidate will have experience molding and leading teams of sales associates as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceed sales goals. If you meet the qualifications, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work in tandem with leadership to set target markets and then establish goals for the sales team.
  • Coaching all FLYMOTION sales team members.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Training and Event teams to create sales enablement materials and build targeted campaigns.
  • Development of digital sales tools such as competitive materials, presentations, and various other sales resources.
  • Periodically develop presentations which contain key sales performance metrics and present to the leadership team.
